I am a senior diversity executive and leadership consultant specializing in research, strategy and innovation, organizational behavior, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural training.
As a speaker on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), I have lectured at hundreds of business conferences and universities.
I help business leaders connect to what is real for their customers and employees right now. I assist them in the development and implementation of programs and activities to heal and unlearn racism, manage change, and expand inclusivity strategies. I have directed change-management strategies for countless U.S. and global Fortune 500 companies
Previously, I was a dean at Washington University in St. Louis and a full dean at St. John’s University in New York.
I graduated from the Dartmouth Tuck School of Business and Gordon College and attended New York University’s College of Global Public Health and the Sever Institute of Technology at Washington University.
My guiding principle is: “Kindness is foundational for growth.”
I believe nurturing the core feeling of kindness leads to increased interconnectedness, historical accountability, personal responsibility, and new social structures. As I often tell my clients and community, “You have no responsibility or accountability for what your relatives did 200 years ago, but you do have accountability for what YOU do today and tomorrow.”
