I’ve been a complementary therapist for over 20 years, having trained in massage therapy, aromatherapy, reiki, energy field healing, and other assorted therapies. 

Although I enjoyed my work, there came a point when I recognised that hands-on bodywork wasn’t enough for me anymore, that I wanted to offer something that had more of a lasting impact. 

One of my very real pleasures in life is sharing anything that I discover that might make being a human more joyful, more harmonious, and EASIER! It was when I began sharing some of what I was learning on my own personal development journey that things finally started to fall into place. 

I have qualifications to facilitate Sistership Circles and HeartIQ Circles, and to lead Emotional Tour™️ movement experiences. I have offered my own flavour of these modalities in-person and online. 

Based in England, I offer in-person bodywork, 1-to-1 coaching and online group events.

Doctrine Dissolved was born from my own race healing journey and subsequent research of The Doctrine of Discovery. It’s my desire to help create an environment where The Doctrine of Discovery could truly be revoked from anywhere that it remains in worldwide legislation, abolished as a legal precedent, and dissolved from the minds and bodies of all peoples.
